  • DishHow do u login

I have this through Dish Network. Why doesn’t your app allow me to login through my TV provider? Everybody else’s app does.
  • Sign in page block

I'm one of those who is not good about remembering passwords. So when I tried to log in and stream some some of your beautifully advertised programs (that I pay for monthly). I had NO way to indicate on the sign in page that I had forgotten my password. Regrettably, I am losing my money and you are losing a long term member. You might consider fixing this as well. Content is great, but interface and bugs caused me to cancel. Too bad developers don’t get it. Destined to fail. Will not resume on apple tv, pausing will start program over again when resuming.

I always take off a star when they jam review requests in my face
  • Can’t Connect

Subscribed and every time I log in, I get a request to subscribe to a plan. It is ridiculous despite the subscription existing under my iTune subscriptions. Is there any way of getting a refund and unsubscribing?

Downloaded the app... Signed up for trial. Elected to pay monthly $2.99 app crashes and says error. Haven't been able to use the trial or the app at all. Deleted and reinstalled the app with no success on fixing the glitch. Please fix your app. It's unusable. iOS 12 and iPhone X
  • Ads are making me cancel

They added ads, so I’m canceling my subscription.
  • Ads

For the free preview week, no ads. Suddenly now that I’ve been billed for the year they start running ads at the start of each episode I watch. Bait. switch. The content is ok, I don’t mind paying for it but to pay and watch ads is unacceptable.
