  • Mr. Ken Cannon

    By Whoozer52
Espresso is a welcome abstract to the caldron of news today. Rarely does it venture into sensational nonsense.
  • Just the shot of news you need

    By Mello Edits
Instead of focusing on opinion based, hastily researched screeching about current events, The Economist’s Espresso presents small doses of well developed analysis regarding news from the entire world. It’s all the broad scope of the weekly periodical, but doesn’t require the time equivalent of a second job to read. This is the antidote to the sound bite addicted, 24 hour news cycle.
  • Need for Economist Audio

    By Dickdiego
May I suggest you add “Audio” to the Economist Express.
  • Economist Espresso

    By Clive's alive
Informative, witty, refreshingly brief, thought-provoking, it keeps one up to date with a variety of world events in easily digestible form.
  • Subscription suddenly...

    By bud.koch
I have been a subscriber of the Economist for more than 20 years and I have to pay extra every month now... not so. Deleted the app.
  • Great content- but falling behind on technology

    By Dorobam
By far the best concentrated dose of news. Using it since forever every morning. The iPhone version is just fine, even though it changes seldom (why change a perfect product). The iPad version is totally lacking, in fact there is no IOS tablet version, just the phone. This is surprising because there is a good Android tablet version, just not Apple... pity!

I read Espresso everyday and I can’t imagine my life without it. The stories cover a wide range of issues and are wonderfully concise. I cannot recommend it enough!
  • My Morning Espresso
