  • Requires subscription to read stories.

    By empennage1
I used to enjoy reading AZ Central. But, now it requires a subscription to read stories. Not a great app.
  • Scrolling is very disjointed since the last update

    By carmccor
Scrolling in the text window is very halting and especially bad at the ads. The texts jumps up and back down. This makes it almost useless
  • Decent but

App no longer allows capability to print up an article. Get tired of looking at small cellphone screen or sometimes want hardcopy. Used to be able to do this.
  • Don’t waste your time

    By azherrfun
The repugnant now feels they can charge when you use to get 100 stories per month free. Goodbye!
  • Deleting

    By Photodino
Since you have decided to place restrictions on the stories two paragraphs in, you’re app is being deleted from my phone.
  • A Little balance

    By SmarterAz
.....would be nice. The Az Republic is a joke since being taken over by USA Today. Constant Anti-Trump,Anti-GOP,Anti-Conservative. Montini,Goody-pants and Linda (La Raza) Valdez are radical Conservative haters and should be avoided by anyone seeking commentary not tinged by hate for anyone who doesn’t subscribe to there radical worldview. Such sad people. Why do I subscribe? To follow my sports teams.( Although Greg Moore wallows in the same swamp as those mentioned above). And if you ignore their subscription pleas long enough they’ll pretty much offer it to you free. So desperate! Ha,ha! MAGA!
  • Nice Try

    By belligerent always
Thanks for trying to even the playing field politically, but you’ve got some real Trump hating writers. That’s why I don’t read The Republic. Sticking up for McCain & Flake only makes it worse. Nice local news coverage, sports, & food reviews.
  • AZ Republic on life support ...

    By Drsysiphus
The Republic is dying and is a victim of mediocrity and unenthusiastic reporting. The newspaper watched while Arpaio terrorized LATINOS for 24 years. There were no Pulitzer’s for courageous writing during that time. Instead, Phoenix burned while the Republic reporters schmoozed with Arpaio.

Not worth lighting a fire with.

I am so sick of EJ, Benson and the like...I cannot read a publication that delivers opinions over the news...If you want to be an Opinion Publication at least endeavor to be balanced...Otherwise, change your name to “Arizona Opinion"...!
