Bring structure to your workflow by utilising time blocking technique. Time blocking is an effective strategy for using time wisely and achieving greater results. Blocking out time for specific activities allows you to focus on one task at a time, limit distractions and procrastination. It's really simple to use: 1. Define your tasks at hand, make a task list. 2. Define a block of time during which you will eliminate all distractions and give all your focus to your tasks. Start the timer and work. 3. Take frequent breaks. Regular breaks are conducive to greater productivity and concentration. During these breaks take a breath of fresh air, do some push-ups, stretch or anything else that helps you to restore your power. Your body will thank you. 4. Repeat this work/break cycle and take a longer breaks when you feel you need to. Daily goal setting, analytics, minimalistic design beautiful color themes, notifications and more.

  • I love this app... BUT

    By freiyawrites
I really love the simple interface of this app and how you can include checklists and project lists... I love being able to swipe to complete each to-do and chart my progress from day to day. It has really improved my productivity! BUT I’m really upset that the developers took away the time tracker for each individual task in the last update... This was one of the things that really drew me to the app in the first place because I wanted to track how long it takes to complete each task on my to-do list (and that’s also a big reason why I decided to support by paying for the premium version). And now I feel that there isn’t a real function for highlighting a specific task during each timed session... I would love it if the developers could bring this feature back! Or, I might have to go on the hunt for another pomodoro app... *sigh*
  • My Favorite App By Far!

    By tyler_zyco
I’ve basically tried all of the pomodoro-timer-focus-technique apps I could find on the App Store and have concluded that Workflow Timer is my favorite experience! The pomodoro technique has been very helpful to me and Workflow Timer is the most focused and enjoyable experience! I really enjoy my work done because of this app as well as using this app specifically to structure my day. It works perfectly and syncs well between the iOS and macOS apps. The design is minimal but very easy to use. I also like how the dev doesn't hit you over the head with their own task management system implementation, as I use a different app for this. It is simple but very effective. And it feels very rewarding when I can track how I am improving on the statistics page. But at the same time, none of these features feel like they bog down the app or cause my ADHD brain to lose focus because I’m adjust the app’s settings, etc. I really do feel the amount of polish that has gone in to Workflow Timer. Thanks to the developer, Alex, for your hard work (and very helpful support email responses too!)
  • simplicity appeals to the user

When opening the app, i love how all the timer is the only things there. The default background being a pale turquoise doesn’t scare me away but rather calms me down. The simple instructions that help reveal the editing settings and that explain how the app functions makes me want to use this app more often. The app is convenient as it has both a timer and a checklist. I’m loving it so much so far!
  • Big bug

    By wyy1349
A few days before I got a 27-hour count and today I kept using it and the number of sessions stayed at zero.
  • how do I reset timers.

    By Dreamlandia
I like this app but I accidentally started some timers and idk how to reset them.
  • Disappointed.

Everything’s for money, why don’t I go for the forest app then? You can’t customised anything, Flora is a much better free choice. Pretty Disappointed.
  • Great but..

I really enjoy using this app, but it’s not counting my time for some of my tasks anymore? I’m confused??
  • No iPad support

    By [Jim]
Add iPad support please. The app is already 43MB, what can take up all that space if there's no HD graphics? Not that there's much graphics to begin with...
  • I need help to understand it

    By AliLaraG
Hi. I bought this app but I’m not able to understand its workflow. I set timer but I don’t receive any notification or sound when the timer finishes counting down. Is it necessary to keep this app on top of the rest apps open in my phone?
  • Minor Bug... but Perfect Otherwise

    By Nora the Queen
I love this app. Is does what I want it to do when I want it, records my information in an easy to understand way, and keeps everything organized in a clean, modern design. It’s amazing, and I would recommend it 10/10 times. However, I am annoyed that there seems to be a bug with the profile photos. As an aesthetic driven person, I like to coordinate app settings with the profile photo I’ve chosen so I have something nice to look at. However, every time I set a photo it lasts for several minutes and then goes away. There doesn’t seem to be an option to report a bug, so I’m putting my complaints here. I’ve already invested in the plus version of this app, so I expect it to at least function correctly. Please get on this!
