  • Bad complication

It's full of stuff that adds no value....only reason I got it.
  • One of the best and can only make one suggestion

    By Buggy Wars
Absolutely love the parsing and widget for this app. My only suggestion is finding a way to better differentiate the days in the list view. The font for the day and date is so menial that it makes the calendar events and tasks seem to just run on as if they were all pumped into one day. The day and date need to stand out more so that the items in the list view seem to be actually separated.
  • Day view option as default

    By jeffrey_small
Would love to have a day view option that could be the default instead of the list view.
  • 24 Hour Events

    By Zachm.1
I work 24 hour shifts and they show up as and all-day event rather than a block of time event. Almost every Calendar app does this, unfortunately, besides a few here and there.
  • Love love love BUT

I am love this app more than any calendar app I’ve ever had. I like the way it creates my appointment when I just voice command everything and it fills everything in for me. The problem with the app is that it is extremely slow and often times gets stuck and I have to go to my regular Calendar app to see if I have an appointment. It’s not just my phone, this is the same on my I6 and also on my new Xsmax
  • Location!

Please let us set a location for a reminder that way we can just click on it please
  • It thinks it’s “smart” but it’s not... enough to drive someone crazy

    By InPennsylvania
I’ve been using this app for years. I can’t take it anymore. Randomly switches time zones for no reason, even when I haven’t traveled anywhere in months. Completely messes up scheduled events due to this. But the worst part is that this calendar tries to be too smart. If I put, “buy Christmas presents” on my calendar for tomorrow, it won’t be there because it will automatically think I want it to be on my calendar for December 25, since the word Christmas is in it. If I put “take baby’s 3 month photos” on my calendar for tomorrow, it will put it on my calendar for 3 months from now because all it sees is “3 months” and thinks it’s doing me a favor by putting it on my calendar for 3 months from now. Sometimes it will randomly throw half of my title in the location field because it thinks it’s helping. It’s not. Then important info from the title is gone. I just wish it would accept what I write and trust the time I enter and not always try to change things. Sometimes it takes me multiple tries to add a simple event, because it throws it onto the wrong day or year and then I need to use the search function to even find where it put it, or I have to edit the time multiple times because it switches time zones or just doesn’t save my changes. All of this stuff the app tries to do might be helpful for some people, but not me. Bye, Fantastical.
  • Life Changer

    By Junglejuggler
All other calendars have a million fields to fill, select, change, toggle on/off, etc when adding something, but fantastical is the answer to that. It’s so nice to be able to open my calendar and write “lunch w/ Adam Friday at 10” and bing bang boom there it is on my calendar, right time right place all nice and organized. I never thought I’d write bing bang boom in a review, but bing bang boom I just did. Love this app.
  • Adored this app for years. Broken since iOS 12.

    By Javish
I've been such a proponent for this app but after the upgrade the app is irresponsive and I can't create events or modify reminders without it crashing or taking forever. Reached out to developer who replied to me promptly but claims it's an issue on Apple's end and I should try a restore. This is the ONLY app I've had this issue with.... Hence my low rating. Was hoping 12.1 would fix it but nope.
  • Love it!

Great app! Synchronizes well with Gmail and iCloud. I like its visual organization, especially the color coded dots on the calendar view to easily identify which dates have a specific type of event. The best feature is being able to share with others! Great for keeping the family organized! The only problem is that when I scroll through the list sometimes my finger accidentally drags an event, changing its place in the calendar. It is hard to identify the change that was made. Is there a way to disable the drag and drop feature that changes dates to prevent this from happening?
