Would be nice to be able to purchase and unlock single workouts instead of having to unlock all the workouts. I’d purchase one or two of the workouts that interest me instead of just sticking to the free full body workout.
  • Tried several, using this one.

Guys great work every day, but I am sure you would make more money if you sold individual workouts as in the beginning. At least you would make more money out of me, because I am not buying that subscription. But thanks for the great work.

I love this app. I had this app for awhile but decided to dedicate myself to lose my baby weight. I would go back and forth from the free workouts which are amazing to all the custom made exercises. Get this app it’s worth it!

Every time I would gear up working out, my autoimmune disorder would flare up. It was a vicious cycle. It was recommended I start even smaller and I found Seven. Incremental workouts allow me to work out and get stronger without flaring up. I can do 3-4 throughout the day, and my kids do it with me in the morning now. I'm still on the free version of the app and that's been working for me. I love being able to push my body harder each time and seeing that progress. Incremental workouts also bring down your cortisol, the stress hormone. It's science! Grateful for this app.
