  • Version 6.1.3 September 23, 2018

Thanks for fixing your “Tinderness” from version 6.1. I updated from 1 star to 5.
  • This version is unusable

Keyboard (arguably the most important part) is completely broken on iPhone X. Can’t type and minimized board, switching between chat and profile breaks app. Hire some QA Engineers!
  • Horrid

None of the settings work! And thinks im in another state
  • Bug issues

The location services within the app are messing up and will no longer change to anything besides ‘San Diego’. Tried to contact help services and no one ever responded.
  • Not a large variety

I don’t like that once I X someone they continue to come back over and over through my feed. I also have been reached by a couple men on this site who say they are in the military and are overseas. That’s a scam! I would not recommend this dating site to anyone.
  • Support doesn’t respond

    By Stormynyc
I contacted support like a week ago and heard nothing. I’ve had a profile for awhile and the app is up to date but all of my pictures disappeared. I contacted them to ask what happened and to fix it. Crickets 🦗🦗🦗🦗
  • Not Your Typical Dating App

    By CocoEastCoast
I don’t write reviews at all but I just have to say, my friend made me download this to “put myself out there” and I ended up meeting someone who is absolutely amazing and he lives right by me. Who would’ve known? We’ve been on one date and it was incredible. He is sweet, funny, caring and an all around great man. I’m really excited to see what the future holds with him by my side, so thank you Hinge. Job well done!
  • Map locations not working

    By Important! fix it!!
I have tried to reach out to the support team multiple times and never received a response. The neighborhoods in Manhattan all read as “New York”. This is difficult to search specific locations with NYC being so large. It used to let you select Upper West Side, Soho, etc.... Map glitch needs to be fixed ASAP
  • Email option?

    By nomalezone
I tried to sign up and it wouldn’t let me use my .edu email address, which is my primary email account, to set up a profile. Most universities let you keep your email address with them after graduation. This feature needs to be changed. I won’t be moving forward with hinge.
  • (Cr)App, Keeps Crashing

Wrote support about the “Oops something went wrong” error message I receive after login and no one's writ back... poor service.
