  • Not bad but NO SUPPORT..and crashes when...

    Not bad.. simple clean I like that. But no support no response to my emails no number to contact and crashes when you try to add a new client to bill through your contacts. Have to imput all of their information as if new client.. PLEASE HELP... ALSO cant get it to sync over to new iPad.. no response from customer service

    I used to like this app. Used it a few years ago, but hate it now. It’s not near as friendly as it used to be. I have to select my client every day. It used to pop right to my client screen upon opening the app. It also sold me the upgrade without a confirmation. Popped up by mistake and I tapped it without paying attention...zap! Purchased! I’m switching to Zoho

    I had to get a new phone which requires me to log into all of my apps. This app will not let me log in nor will it let me reset my password. A million times I have clicked the button that says it’s going to email me to reset my password and not one email. Now my information is lost and I can’t set up a new account because it says my email has already been used. Blah

    I think this is by far the best free app I have found for tracking my hours. It generates clients, rates per hr/ day etc. or you can just like a time clock punch in and when finished punch out. It generates invoices, reports by the week, month, quarter, annual status. It is fully editable, can handle multiple clients and you can add overtime or other expenses. There is an option to add comments to the invoices. You can also passcode the app. I think it’s worth signing up or in for to have such flexibility in a free app. Of course you can upgrade if you choose. An excellent program.
  • No longer Sync's between IPad and Iphone

    The app was perfect when I originally downloaded. It automatically sync'd between my IPad and IPhone. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. Attempts to get support have gone unanswered.
  • No support, no email option, no refund, waste of money

    I upgraded to pro because the send email button didn't work on the free version and guess what? It doesn't work on the paid version either. Cannot email customer support from within app. Emailed from outside the app and guess what? No reply. App store refund page refers to app developer refund. Cool, oh wait. They don't reply to this email. So, they take your money, $6.99, and run. Very poor form.

    Everything works smooth until I add a client. It then force closes and brings me back to home screen on phone

    Love the app until I change my phone and re-downloaded the app now I keep pressing forgot password then is says the link will be send to my email but it’s been 1 day and I resend again but nothing. I also check my junk mail but nothing.
