  • Trouble with Live TV

    Live TV will not steam on my Apple TV. I have to mirror it from my phone or iPad. Extremely annoying.
  • Crashes while Casting

    Crashes while casting to Chromecast, forcing us to watch two or three extra sets of advertisements to get back to where we were before it crashed.
  • Terrible bug with Apple TV 4K

    I have used this app with 2 different versions of Apple TV. It worked fine with version 3. When I upgraded to Apple TV 4K in March, the problems started. And I am told CBS knows about the issue and will not or cannot fix it. Clicking on a show to watch it results in the app simply reverting back to the main menu. To watch anything, I have to delete and reinstall the app. This happens 90% of the time and for each of the 3 shows I watch on CBS. I have reinstalled the app more than a dozen times just to watch one show at a time. WORST APP EVER. Shame on you, CBS, for taking our money and being lazy with fixing KNOWN bugs. I'm cancelling my subscription before it renews next week.
  • I can't stay signed in

    For some reason this app requires a code to be entered at least once a day and sometimes multiple times in order to stream video. It's irritating enough to consider cancelling our subscription.
  • Too many glitches

    This app does not compete with any other streaming app. Too many glitches, difficulty in resuming play, very frustrating experience.
  • Love the shows but the app is so frustrating

    I can’t get any of the shows to load. I click on the link and it starts to load then it rotates the landscape screen to portrait then freezes. I have been able to stream all my other tv apps so it is not the internet speed. I have turned off my phone and also tried reinstalling the app a few times without success. Don’t even get me started on what happened when I tried to cast it to my tv..... full shut down of my tv. I have had the app for a few years and these glitches have only gotten worse plus you have increased the commercials and are requesting payments for live stream. More money for less quality. Please fix it soon.
  • CBS app won't stream shows

    Within the last week, my app won't open any of the shows to stream. Or I get a fatal error message. I have latest update of the app, and the latest iOS. I also have rebooted my iPad numerous times without success. Please fix.
  • I hate you too cbs

    I'm too busy to watch a show all in one shot. You can't stop and restart the video without going back to the beginning and watching the same ads over and over again.
  • Disappointed with cbs app

    I was enjoying this app until all of a sudden this app only shows the cbs symbol and will not boot up on all my iPads. I still can view my shows on my iPhone but no longer on the iPads. Don’t know what cbs app is doing to resolve this issue.
  • Ridiculous

    I downloaded the app so I can catch up on shows that I am unable to watch during the week. However, I can’t log into my cable provider account or my Hulu account through the app because the provider isn’t covered in my area?? I literally clicked on every single provider listed on the app and each says the same thing. I live in a large city so what sense does that make? I have no issue with any of the other network apps so why this one? I don’t feel like I should have to pay monthly to view shows that I am already paying for through my cable provider. Ridiculous.
