I was harassed for no reason and the support was a joke. Also I received 100s if friend requests from men trolling the games looking for friends. When I chose not to accept this multitude of creeps they blocked me and reported me. Disgusting!!!!

I wagered on a football game in this app. Placed $9.8 million bet. I was given $10.8 million total. I then responded I should at least be given 19.6 mill for my bet. It said X1.1 my bet. But they responded it’s decimal (euro) odds?? I should read the rules?? It’s like if I hit a blackjack on a $5 bet. I should receive $12.50 not $7 including my bet. What a sham! Don’t play this app. They will just try to swindle u any way they can.

Seriously, if you are reading this. Make a small investment in your algorithms. If someone buys your most expensive package multiple times within a VERY short period of time, it would behove you to not take all of their chips almost immediately. Creating even a single day (if you could possibly find your way to waiting this long as a company) of hope in betting for the purchaser, it might make them want to continue using your site for ongoing daily social activity and entertainment. I’m going to be spending my money on some form of entertainment SOMEWHERE. Your app is a TEN in terms of design, flexibility and entertainment, but for raping your most valued customers (the ones that pay you), you’ve missed the mark in terms of true LTV and longevity of customers through a POSITIVE experience. Such a bummer for me... truly. I REALLY LOVED this app!! I’ll find another app and activity to spend my free time enjoying after you’ve depleted my account and joy in playing on your site.

  • Lousy app, rudely managed by Kama

Kama is rude and arbitrary with its players. Rules set up to make players lose or forfeit chips. Sexual predators allowed to roam the app with rude pictures and harassing other players. Overall a very shoddy and irresponsible app. SOMEONE CREATE SOMETHING BETTER PLEASE.
  • Pokerist allows stealing of chips

Pokerist allows the chips you buy to be stolen from you. Pokerist is aware of the problem- called chip trading- an does NOT ban the offenders. The chip traders will get 3-4 people together at a Texas hold-em table. They will quickly make outlandish bets to get a good portion of the pot to one of their crew. They will then, through more outlandish bets, scare off legitimate players from entering the hand or making poor choices. Does it work every time? No, but it works often enough. The legitimate players then, eventually, have to purchase more chips- with REAL MONEY- and pokerist gets more money. They are aware of the problem. The have an in game button to report it, but do not remove the players once they are reported and do not refund the buy-in chips to a legitimate players account. Pokerist gets more money and the legitimate players get screwed.
