  • Cannot access

Pay for paper and online access. Continually denied access to stories. Reset acct and denied again and again. App doesn’t work.
  • Works well

Reads well, videos are fair and is updated regularly.
  • Still prefer paper

This app is pretty good but the problem is overcoming decades of habit. The day starts with WSJ. And I just can’t navigate as comfortably and quickly thru the app as with a newspaper. And I’ve been working on learning for nearly three years. Specifics? The paywall is painful. Can’t it be easier to email a pdf to friends? U understand you need to set limits but it is much harder than say making a xerox from a newsPAPER. And It’s irritating that I have to sign in nearly every day. And Search isn’t very good if you lack exact input. I also wish I could specify a landing page like Opinion instead of What’s News. Worst of all these capabilities may exist but I can find little in the way of tutorials or user guides. Still worth it for the content but I may go back to paper.

Getting better...but I don't like having certain articles require that I switch from the app to a web browser and log in again in order to read them.

Great reporting. I like the categories, then the short summaries, and then the expanded report if I want the detailed reporting.

One of the things I like best is the ability to go back to previous issues I might have missed.

This app is easy to use always reliable and makes it easy to read the journal using my phone when I have some brief interlude from work during the day. I find it a very good way to keep informed on what’s going on in the world mostly in business and politics. Also has some Sports articles that are interesting
