Me and my gf played this game religiously for months and months. We both got really good teams and characters, but since this red star update all our teams are totally out of wack. I could easily reach #1 in my arena now that’s a pipedream due to the horrible red star system.

Red stars have removed all the fun aspects from the game and turned the grind into a RNG lottery.

This was a great game, that was even fun for Free to Play players, but with the release of Red Stars the developer, FoxNext, has removed every bit of strategy and essentially erased all progression. Don’t waste your time on this game unless you are willing to spend tens of thousands of dollars for a random dice roll. If this feature is fixed, the players will return. The fix may be as simple as removing red stars from PVP content, making it usable in campaigns and raids. However, as it stands now, there is no reason to put any work into this game.

My review is based 100% on the implementation of the Red Star system. This game has become my favorite mobile game but I will no longer be making purchases in the offers section for cash unless the Red Star system is changed drastically. The time players put in to build fun and end-game oriented rosters have been totally burned by the combination of randomness and overpowered nature of Red Stars. I will change my review (again) assuming FoxNext has the decency to either remove or revamp the system.

Take out red stars... literally no point to this game and MSF has given the biggest middle finger to its long term players with the implementation of red stars. Nothing in this game matters anymore. Don’t spend your time or money on anything here. Only red stars matter. Only money matters to MSF they don’t care about the players or the time we put into this game.

This whole tactic of immediately nerfing what people used real money to buy is deceitful and should be illegal. Fix red stars! The community told you not to introduce them this early, and not in a pure RNG manner. You’re going to go the way of MAA if you keep this up.
  • Red stars ruin

Red stars ruin this game. Not even a pay to win. It’s a 1/170000 slot machine that you get what you want - and you pay for each roll of the dice.
  • Red stars ruined a once great game

This game used to be awesome. But it has been ruined by the introduction of red stars, which are now far more important than everything else combined in determining a character’s power, but are determined completely by pure luck. They have removed the value of strategy, hard work, and time commitment almost completely. I’m sticking around a little while longer in hopes that they rework the system and fix the huge problems it has introduced. If they don’t do it soon, I will quit playing.
