    Don’t sign up for subscription! They make it so difficult to cancel your subscription. I’ve contacted support twice. I don’t want to be billed monthly for this app!

    Just downloaded this app i love everything about it so far The only thing I’m a little bit confused and concerned about is there’s no specific time for the workout or each exercise like let’s say I’m doing planks i think it should say how long i have to dk these planks or how many rips and round for half burpees or jumping jacks I need the timing with every exercise that would make it easier I think.

    After trying this out, I realized it wasn’t right for me, so now I’m trying to cancel before I get charged after the free trial is over. I keep seeing “mange subscriptions in account settings” yet every time I go into settings there’s no option for me to manage anything. Now I’m frustrated because I have no desire to be charged for an app I used once, that I don’t feel is right for me, and where I can’t find an option to cancel.

    This app is super helpful to me personally because I’m fairly new to working out. I’ve always had trouble with my weight, but I don’t like gyms because I feel like I’m being constantly judged and home workouts are hard because I don’t know how to do a lot of them. But with this app theres instructional videos with each workout that explain clearly how to do each ones. They even teach you how to breath while doing the workouts. The only recommendation I have is that there should be warm ups and cooling down videos as well. Stretching is a very important part of working out so you don’t injure yourself, but if you’re like me and not really sure what stretches to do and how to do them it can be difficult and you get sore really fast. Also maybe throw in some healthy recipes somewhere because weight loss isn’t just about being active, it’s eating healthy too and most people don’t know how to cook healthy. I highly recommend this app to anyone that is new to this whole workout thing and to anyone who isn’t but just needs help staying on track!
  • Low impact options

    I love the overall design but I wish it had a list of low impact exercise options that you can substitute. I have bad knees and my doctor recommended low impact exercise. I had to research on line for substitutes for the portions of the work out I couldn’t do. It would be nice if they were already in the app exercise list.
