This is a great app for beginners and for you to learn, I personally love how it’s so easy to understand and it doesn’t just through everything at you at once. It lets you go at your own pace. I love this app I don’t mind paying $2.00 a year to learn something great and in a wonderful way! Keep making easy ways for people to learn thanks you!

Very easy and intuitive. It would be great if they had difficulty settings and “chapter” tests. (ie: ‘Now that you finished HTML, apply it. Look at this webpage and write the code to format the page displayed in front of you.’)

I am so sorry for the way my little brother acted I let him get an app he wanted and I didn’t realize that he wrote a review I am very sorry for the way he acted.

This app is well put together and helps you really learn how to code. The only problem I encountered was the subscription pricing. The one year subscription says that you'll only pay a certain amount a month, but when you go to subscribe. It charges you the whole year term at that moment. It's not a subscription anymore. It's practically a purchase of way more than one is willing to bargain at one moment. That's my only problem with this application.
  • Great for getting started

The free stuff was good to start but I thought the full version was too costly for someone who just codes in their free time. Recommended for professionals and people who are very passionate about coding. To the devs: Thx for giving me a response I gave to old review without thinking I think this one will be more reasonable

I really love using this app. As someone who is new to coding this app has been really helpful. I use it almost every evening before bed for 15-20minutes. It’s like the Duolingo of coding. If I were to change something it would probably be the stuff they are no doubt working on like adding more levels and projects. Also I have been using this for a while now and I haven’t run into a single bug so... Nice Work Guys!!
  • Offer a better trial experience

I am really thinking about buying the $30 for a year pass, because honestly if you are serious about coding and have an income it would be a no brainer, except for the fact that I was only able to use about 5 minutes of the app before being halted and told to purchase a subscription. Now being told to get a subscription after an appropriate trial would be reasonable but after just a few minutes on the app? This makes me think there must not be enough content for you to justify a longer trial period and therefore not enough for me to buy it, so I really wish you would reconsider the way you let people try out this app. Maybe let them use it for an entire day or something, that way they can actually learn for an hour or two instead of just feeling like they have no idea what the app really would contain if they paid for it.

Although I am fairly disappointed with this app, as it requests money to buy the premium version to unlock any chapter after the first, it shows great promise in programming for kids. Honestly I am excited to see what’s to come, and if you’re reading this and are thinking about downloading the app, you should totally try it. My response to The Mimo Team: Thank you for your response Mimo Team, I know you worked hard on this app and are trying to raise some money, all I was trying to say (though I was rather annoyed with the app at the time of my writing) was that you should add more chapters before asking for the premium version. Perhaps you could use ads and we could pay to not have to watch them? Anyways I have changed my review to be more acceptable (😂) and more helpful for people reading it. Thank you for your response, and I’m excited to see what’s to come with the app.
