  • One of a handful I can't work without

    By D4v3c
Full Contact is a poroductivity multiplier for me. It is one of the few apps that are absolutely essential for me.
  • Syncs everything and keeps your world organized

    By DavidLAH
I have always had many difficulties syncing Apple calendar with Google calendar. FullContact splves that and it does great business card scanning and monitors your email and the web to keep you updated. The biggest negative is that it is too expensive for the average user.
  • Fantastic replacement for Apple contacts

    By goodmanbarry
Finally a true replacment for Apple contacts!!!
  • Hardly worth the trouble if you have a lot of contacts

FullContact is a great idea, but their match/merge algorithms are pathetic. Be prepared to be constantly examining your contacts for duplicates and having to manully re-merge contacts if you import from LinkedIn on a regular basis. FullContact overlooks obvious duplicates (identical email addres and name) while it also likes to recommend clearly different people for matches (Dan, Don, and Dave with the same last name are frequently suggested). Its just maddening.
  • too many duplicates created

If you're gonna charge, you gotta fix
  • Annoying login

    By ctcassidy
Full Contact has the most annoying login process . you need to click through two screens and then it is the only app that doesn't recognize my user name and password so I need to enter both EVERY TiME i start my computer. Otherwise it does a great job of keeping my contacts up to date and synced across devices and applications. Their developers don't use the product otherwise they would fix the other annoying features.
  • This has some good points... but only a few.

    By Alpharettan
Like so many mediocre applications, this one assumes you live in the world of Google and that's the only place you'd want to capture contact information automatically. Joyfully, I don't have a gmail account and never will, so it's functionality is limited. It's also very clunky to update info from LinkedIn, having to regularly download files from LinkedIn and upload them to Full Contact. Lastly, you'll need the patience of Job to submit a support ticket, because they put you through CAPTCHA hell. I submitted two today. The first required me to click through 9 different CAPTCHA challenges and when I wrote to complain about that, had to go through 10 challenges to send that. Something doesn't work properly (or they just presume you'll give up if sending a support request is too hard.
  • Until I can isolate corporations from people it will forever remain subpar

    By mrgrafix
Really using it because the competition is just not good, but they're not consumer friendly. It seems they're catering to sales/crm types.
  • Mac app hasn’t worked for several months

    By rtk5
Here’s a quote from FullContact support... "unfortunately, Mac app is currently experiencing a bug which doesn't recognize all synced contacts or any sync changes.” ‘Currently'…meaning the last update in July broke the app. We are now in October. The web and iOS apps apparently work; however, THIS app does not.
  • Good, helpful

    By Juanito1264
Solid way to sync my contacts, and I like how they clean up my partial or outdated contacts. I've had a couple minor sync problems, and they solved both of them.
